      1. We appreciate you contacting us, Trish, and apologize for the delay in responding. Here is additional information and tips which should solve your issues:

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENT: Adobe Reader [free on adobe.com] is required to open all free download files.

[1] Download/save the PDF file to your computer or a flash drive. We suggest using a DESKTOP computer as mobile devices cause file issues.
[2] Open the latest version of Adobe Reader (free download from adobe.com).
[3] Open the downloaded/saved PDF file WITHIN Adobe Reader.

[NOTE]: It is imperative that the PDF files are opened within Adobe Reader to work correctly. Many computers use their own non-Adobe PDF readers to automatically open files.

  12. Thank you so much for offering the free printable bottle labels. I printed some for my granddaughter’s first birthday. I had a little trouble getting my printer set up to produce optimum results (not due to your instructions). My screen just didn’t show properties and it took me a few copies to realize I had to manually do it on my old printer. I will come back later to print the rest as I ran out of label paper.
