If you are planning a Valentine’s Day party you can easily dress up your party table with a few store bought supplies and just a few minutes.
I love bundling the silverware and napkins together and displaying at parties. I think it not only makes a pretty display, but it’s also super convenient. To make pretty bundles for your Valentine’s Party you just need a few supplies.
Now place your utensils in the middle of the napkin and wrap the napkin around so you have a pretty point. Take a 4″ doily and place wrap it around the napkin, securing in the back with tape. Finally, take twine and tie to secure your pretty bundle.
You can leave them as they are and display in a pretty container or you can personalize them for each guest. I used the Cake Stakes from Piggy Bank Parties’ Vintage Valentine package to personalize tags for each set.
There you have it. An inexpensive way to turn something practical into something pretty for your Valentine’s Day party.

I wanted to make these Bingo jars for my twin’s Vintage Dick and Jane birthday party, but ended up running out of time. When we decided to join forces for a Crew collaboration, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. This easy project is a fun activity for your next party and can also double as pretty decorations.
To make this fun and pretty party game you just need a few simple supplies: quart size mason jars, large doilies, white paper, glue dots, conversation hearts, Piggy Bank Parties’ Vintage Valentines Heart Bingo Cards and Cake Stakes.
Take the lid off your jar and turn upside down and trace the inner circle to make a cover for the lid.
Next, print the Cake Stakes and cut them out using a fancy punch. Using double stick tape, attach the Cake Stake to the white paper circle and then stick to the top of the lid.
Print the bingo cards, cut them out and place them inside your jar. Fill the jar with conversation hearts which will be used as the markers for the bingo game.
Now take your large doily and cut the center white section out so you only have the delicate lace edge.
Start at one end and roll the doily to form the center of your flower. Continue rolling and gathering the doily to form a pretty flower. You can glue as you go or staple everything together once you have the desired shape you want.
Tie ribbon and twine around the lid and attach your pretty flower using glue dots. Now you have a pretty and functional activity to keep the kiddos busy at your Valentine’s Day party.
