creating a fiesta backdrop

| |

On Monday I shared a fun and festive yarn garland tutorial here. Today I’m back to show you how to create a fiesta backdrop by adding a couple of the Fiesta themed printables available in our shop.

First, I added pops of color with our Fiesta Banner which is now available as an instant download in The Market.

I cut out the banner with scissors, punched 1/8″ holes near the top corners and threaded it on orange twine. Instant backdrop for a taco bar or photo booth.

Ready to add a little more WOW! to the backdrop? I thought it would be fun to add our Pinata Favor Box to it, but when I opened the file to print it…

{wah.wah.wah.} Underwhelmed. It was one of the first favor boxes we designed and I knew it could be better. So…last night I redesigned the box and J created all new artwork. {drumroll} Presenting the new and improved Pinata Favor Box

I’m so excited with how it turned out and it was the perfect finishing touch for the backdrop!

You can fill the boxes with goodies or leave the ones on the backdrop empty. I love filling them and hanging them all around the party space. Guests love interactive decorations!
